  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on soap and bath products due to them being personal in nature. Once they leave our shop we cannot guarantee their quality, even if you have never used or opened the product. We are not able to resell any of these products.

    If you have a problem with your order or you are not satisfied please always reach out to us directly to discuss any issues. We will always try to work with you to make things right.

    We always suggest to do a small patch test with our of our products to make sure you do not have any reactions. Please make sure you are checking our ingredients thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions.

  • FDA Disclaimer

    FDA regulations prohibit bath and body companies from making health-related claims about beauty products. We are not healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products will have any effect on pre-existing health conditions. Any information listed on our products are referring to the known benefits of these ingredients.

  • Products may differ from what is shown.

    Since our items are hand made they may differ in size/shape/color from what is pictured. There also could be a change in formula or containers used due to supply chain constraints. We always make sure that our items match the weight advertised but they might have a bit more in there. We are still working on our packaging and labels, so please excuse our growing pains in that department til we work that out.

  • What are your shipping times?

    Orders can take 1-5 business days to complete. This excludes weekends and holidays. If you place your order before 10AM CST it can sometimes be shipped out same day as USPS makes pick ups.

    You may experience longer shipping times if it is peak season or a holiday.

  • What is the status of my order?

    If your order has not had the shipping labeled processed yet there could be a few factors holding this up. Please check your email incase we are trying to contact you, there could be issues with your payment/address. If it has been canceled there may have been issues with your card or our fraud check has flagged it.

    THERE IS A 24-48 HOUR HOLD ON LARGE ORDERS/ORDERS OVER 100$ TO CLEAR FRAUD CHECK. This can be multiple orders placed by the same address and/or credit card.

  • Where is my order?

    Once we have dropped off your order at the facility we are not in control of it anymore and it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive the order damaged or items missing we would advise to open a case with that carrier if you feel that the damage is their fault or it has been stolen.

    If you tracking number hasn’t said “Accepted” or awaiting drop off/processing there is a probably a scan error at the post office. This doesn’t mean your order was never sent or missing. Always feel free to contact me if you have questions about when something was shipped.

    If it says delivered but it you cannot locate it we would advise to check your neighbors, communal areas where packages are dropped off, and apartment offices. You can always reach out to us as well if you have questions about your order.

  • What ingredients do you use?

    Each of my listings should have the full ingredient list in the description. I am also working on a post with details about some of the benefits of my favorite and most used ingredients and I plan to make posts about new ingredients or formulas. If you have any questions about our products, please always reach out! We always use materials that are safe for you skin and body. We only purchase from ethically sourced vendors and we absolutely do not support companies who test on animals.

    Note: I am not a formulation or tutorial site. We are not obligated to share how we make our products or help you make them or any other propriety information. We always are transparent with the ingredients we use and they are listed on each of our products.

  • I have a question about fragrances, are they safe?

    Our listings are labeled with the type of fragrances we use which are either Essential Oils (EO) or Fragrance Oils (FO). All essential oils and fragrance oils are skin safe. We will not use oils that are not approved for skin and leave on products. For each oil and each type of product there is a set maximum limit determined by the manufacturer for how much of a percentage you can use of a fragrance.   • How sanitary is this?

    A big pet peeve of mine is how many people think we just mix stuff up in our bathtub or sink. They also flip out if they see you use equipment they see in your kitchen. I like to follow best business practices for sanitation which include, but are not limited to:
    • Equipment used is strictly for making my products and having a designated area to conduct business.
    • Using appropriate equipment such as gloves, hair nets and proper sanitation.
    • Regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces and also having a cleaning schedule.

  • How long does soap last?

    Soap has a shelf life of 1-2 years if stored properly (cool, dry place). Once used and in a wet environment they can last up to 6 months. To get the best out of our soaps we recommend to store it in a well drained soap dish or dry place when not in use. Do not let it sit in water between uses to extend the life of your soap bar. We also recommend cutting bars in half if you find them a bit hard to manage or extend the life of a bar. You can store your butters and whipped soaps for a while if they are not sitting in the shower. We use a preservative in them to prevent any mold or mildew from forming in them as most of us do store the pots in the shower.

  • I ordered stuff in the summer, will it melt in the mail?

    Our soap bars are usually pretty resilient, but in the hotter months our body butters can tend to get a bit soft. Our products are still fine, they may just need to be cooled off in the fridge to return to their consistency. If you know your packages may be left in hot mailboxes or outside we recommend making sure that you or someone will be available to grab the packages quickly or deliver it to a location that less warm. In our hotter months we usually won’t ship out our body butters that are not sustainable in hot weather. We have a great butter formula that will ship well during hotter months.

  • Do you do custom or bulk orders?

    At this time we do not accept custom orders or bulk orders.
